How Microsoft billing works
- Annual commitment, billed monthly: a 12-month term paid each month. You can add licences at any time; reducing or cancelling is only possible within 7 days of buying or renewing.
- Month to month: about 20% more than an annual commitment, but you can change or cancel at the end of any month.
- Annual commitment, paid upfront: the lowest price, about 5% less than billing the same term monthly. Ask us when you enquire.
