These terms explain how you may use The Next Device PTY LTD website. A website estimate or enquiry does not place an order, create a finance agreement or confirm that a computer is available.
2. Services
We present business computers, setup and old computer collection, and managed IT support. The precise computer specification, Microsoft 365 licence plan, service scope and responsibilities will be set out in a written proposal and agreement.
3. Estimates and pricing
Computer and plan figures on this website are indicative, include GST where shown, and show an upfront purchase price alongside a 12- or 36-month finance illustration. The planner shows both the estimated monthly amount and the estimated amount across the chosen term for your selection. Actual pricing, availability, any lender charges and finance eligibility are confirmed in a written proposal before you decide whether to proceed.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Next Device PTY LTD or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
5. Computer ownership and returns
Ownership, payment obligations, return arrangements and any end-of-term options depend on the purchase or finance agreement you choose. We will explain these arrangements in your proposal and agreement before you commit.
6. Old computer collection
If you select a plan that includes old computer collection, we will confirm the collection and secure data erasure process in your proposal. Please keep your own backups and confirm that any files you need have been moved before a computer is collected for erasure.
7. Your rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Any additional terms for a purchase, finance arrangement or managed service will be provided for review before an agreement is made.
8. Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
